caching - nginx non buffered cache -

i have uwsgi application in production serves intermittent data on 1-2 seconds.

the buffering set off in nginx serve data available.

now wan cache in nginx or varnish looks not possible f buffer off! pointers on appreciated

this couldn't done in nginx, unable cache streamed content.
