android - Error showing at onCreate() while using AppCompactActivity -


i updated sdk 22(android 5.1.1). used appcompactactivity instead of activity. here logcat output.

i tried this:

a) restarted eclipse.

b) deleted .jar files under libs/ folder. (if have android-support-v4.jar or other lib files)

c) also, checked @ chris banes's stack overflow post

d) clean build
